SHC 2.5 gallon mini-tank water heater provides hot water for hand washing or kitchen applications. Mount right under or near sink directly on wall (bracket included). May be used in-line as a booster to provide hot water quickly at a fixture located a distance from a central storage tank. 120 volts, 11.3amp, 13wt heating element and connects to a standard receptacle with supplied 3-prong plug. Glass-lined tank for long life, adjustable temperature up to 140 degrees F. Recovery time is 18 minutes. ETL Listed for compliance with CSA and UL safety standards in the US and Canada and certified lead free by WQA. Installation should not occur in an area exposed to freezing temperatures of 36 degree F or lower. Water connections are black steel 1/2 in. NPT and included T&P valve must be installed.
